So where have I been?
I've been trying to sort of sharpen my art style in order to someday have the audacity to try and self-publish a comic book. Not sure which character will I choose to star the comic book yet but as soon as I figure that out I will put it all over the internet.
I wish to sort of kick off a publishing company for new artist. That is one of the goals because I know that there are incredibly talented artist out there looking for that one chance to get published.
Aside from that I feel good about what I am learning. I still have a problem using guidelines because I guess I have a bit of an ego. You know the old: "I don't need guidelines IM A FREAKING BEAST! And then the drawings are all off balance and the faces look like they were made by Picasso, etc.
It'll get a of time and patience to get used to work with guidelines. I will admit that although my ego hurts at first, while drawing the guidelines and stuff, once I see the finish product it feels good.
So Im focus on learning the ways of the guidelines. Kinda made it sound like a Bruce Lee film or something, huh? XD
